Terms of Service

These terms cover RoUltimate — the Discord app, and the dashboard at the same name. Using either means you accept them. They are written to be read, so they are short and in plain English.

What RoUltimate is

RoUltimate watches public Rolimons trade ads and Roblox inventory data and tells you about the things you asked to hear about. It values items, tracks holds, renders trade cards, and alerts you to listings that match rules you set.

It is a tool that shows you information. It does not trade for you, and it never touches your Roblox account.

RoUltimate is an independent project. It is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with Roblox Corporation or Rolimon's. "Roblox" and "Robux" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Any item names, values and images belong to their respective owners and are read from public sources.

The numbers are estimates, and trading is your decision

Item values come from Rolimon's, which is itself a community estimate, not a price set by Roblox. Values move, are sometimes wrong, and are sometimes manipulated. Demand ratings, projected flags, hold times and "deal" scoring are all heuristics.

Nothing RoUltimate shows you is financial advice, and no outcome is promised. Every trade you make is your own decision and your own risk. If a value was stale, an item was projected, a hold was miscalculated, or an alert arrived late or not at all, the consequences of acting on it are yours.

Using it fairly

Don't:

• use RoUltimate to break Roblox's or Rolimon's terms, including scamming, evading trade holds, or misrepresenting an item
• resell, redistribute, or repackage access to it
• attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent limits in the service
• use it to harass, target, or build dossiers on other people
• automate it beyond normal personal use

Accounts doing any of the above can be cut off without notice or refund.

Age

You need a Discord account to use RoUltimate, so Discord's own minimum age applies to you, as does the minimum age in your country. If you are under 18, don't pay for anything without the permission of whoever owns the payment method.

Availability

RoUltimate runs on one server and depends on Roblox's and Rolimon's public sites staying reachable and unchanged. It will sometimes be down, sometimes be slow, and sometimes be wrong because an upstream source changed.

No uptime is guaranteed. Features may change or be removed. Alerts may be missed. Don't build anything you can't afford to lose on top of it.

Paid features

Some features are or will be paid.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew until you cancel.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal and leaves your access running to the end of the period already paid for.
• If a paid feature is broken or removed for a sustained period, contact us and a refund or credit will be worked out honestly.
• Prices can change, but not for a period you have already paid for.
• Where required by law, your statutory rights to cancel or refund apply on top of everything in this section.

Your data

What is stored, and how to delete it, is set out in the Privacy Policy. The short version: your Discord account id, the settings you chose, and nothing else about you. /forgetme deletes all of it immediately.

Ending it

You can stop using RoUltimate at any time — remove the app, run /forgetme, and nothing of yours remains. Access may be ended if these terms are broken, if required by Discord, Roblox or Rolimon's, or if the service shuts down. If the service shuts down while you have paid time remaining, the unused portion will be refunded.

Liability

RoUltimate is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for lost items, lost Robux, lost trades, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

These terms will change as the service does. Material changes will be announced in the support server before they take effect. Continuing to use RoUltimate after that means you accept the new version.
